How do I cancel my Vigil Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not from inside Vigil. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions
  3. Select Vigil and tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Vigil purchase, and select Request a Refund. Reno Labs cannot issue refunds directly.

How do I delete my account?

Open Vigil, go to the More tab, tap Settings, then Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers. The action cannot be undone.

I'm not receiving push notifications

Check the following:

If notifications are still missing, email us with your iOS version and the date you noticed the issue.

The data looks wrong or incomplete

Vigil sources data directly from public SEC EDGAR filings, House and Senate STOCK Act disclosures, and Form 4 filings. Some filings have incomplete CUSIPs or tickers from the source agency, which we display as "N/A." If you spot what looks like a real bug, email us with the fund or trade in question and we'll investigate.
