By downloading, installing, or using Sniplog ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Sniplog is provided by Reno Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sniplog. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Sniplog is a plant propagation journal that lets you track cuttings with photo timelines, lifecycle stages, and care reminders. The App stores all data locally on your device. Sniplog is available as a free app with optional premium features available through a paid subscription.
Subscription plans. Sniplog offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription details, pricing, and plan options are displayed within the App before purchase.
Billing. All subscriptions are processed and billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your App Store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions, or by visiting apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
Refunds. All purchases are made through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
You agree to use Sniplog only for its intended purpose as a personal plant propagation journal. You agree not to:
Sniplog, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Reno Labs, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your propagation data, photos, and notes remain yours. We do not claim any ownership of the content you create within the App.
Sniplog is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Plant care suggestions and reminders within the App are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional horticultural advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reno Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend backing up your device regularly.
You may stop using Sniplog at any time by deleting the App from your device. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
If you have an active subscription, cancellation of the subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
