SnipLog Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of SnipLog, a plant propagation journal provided by Reno Labs, LLC ("Reno Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using SnipLog, you agree to these terms and to Apple’s applicable media-services terms.

License and acceptable use

Subject to these terms, Reno Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnipLog on Apple-branded devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, lease, sell, or use SnipLog in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Subscriptions and free trials

SnipLog may offer monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period, and applicable taxes are shown by Apple before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. If a three-day free trial is offered, it is available only when Apple determines that your Apple ID is eligible; it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Use the Restore Purchases option in SnipLog to restore a subscription already associated with your Apple ID. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refund requests.

Your content

You retain ownership of the plant records, notes, and photos that you create in SnipLog. Because this information is stored on your device, you are responsible for maintaining any backup you need.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SnipLog available and useful, but the app may change, be updated, or become unavailable. We may modify or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the app.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SnipLog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Plant-care information is general information, not a substitute for professional horticultural advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Labs disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when SnipLog or applicable law changes. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
