Terms of Service — Riff

Effective date: July 2, 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Riff ("the app"), published by Reno Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Riff.

3. Your Voice and Your Content

• You may clone only your own voice. Recording, cloning, or imitating anyone else's voice is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for the links you paste and the scripts and voiceovers you create and publish, and you confirm you have the right to use that content.
• You must not use the app to impersonate others, or to create misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Generated audio is AI-generated. Where you publish it, follow the platform's rules for labelling AI-generated or synthetic media.

4. Subscriptions

• Riff Creator is an auto-renewable subscription: $6.99 per week with a 3-day free trial, or $59.99 per year (prices shown in the app may vary by region).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no automated abuse of the service, and no use that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the content you create. The app itself, its software, and branding are owned by Reno Labs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Voice-generation quality, accuracy, and availability may vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reno Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes and Contact
