Dreamlit Privacy Policy

Your dreams stay on your iPhone
Everything you write in Dreamlit (dream text, titles, dream signs, flags, clarity ratings) and your settings are stored only on your device. Dreamlit has no account and no server, and it does not upload your journal. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it.
Reminders
Dreamlit's reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No notification data leaves your iPhone.
Anonymous usage counts
Dreamlit sends a small number of anonymous usage events to PostHog, our analytics provider, so we can see whether the app is useful. The events are: the app was installed, onboarding was finished, a dream was saved (and whether it was marked lucid), a reality check was done, the bedtime routine was finished, and a wake-back-to-bed alarm was set. Each event carries coarse device details (app version, iOS version, device model).
These events never include what you wrote, your dream signs, your name, your email, your location, or any advertising identifier. They are not linked to your identity and are not used to track you across apps or websites. IP-based location lookup is turned off.
Children
Dreamlit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
